Poinciana Residents for Smart Change
Kinney Harmon Rd exists today as a two land road connecting Ronald Reagan and 17/92 North of Davenport 4.2 miles from and Intersection with I4 at the Polk/Oceola County Line.
It will need to be expanded to 4 lanes and improvements to the intersection will need to be done as part of the Poinciana Parkway Project
Polk County will be responsible for this part of the project
Looking at the South end of Kinney Harmon today
Looking South on Kinney Harmon from 17/92 and Ronald Reagon Intersection
The Kinney Harmon part of the project will be approx 1.1 mile
