APV Votes to deed Lake Marion Park Parcel to Polk County
At the Feb 2010 APV Board Meeting it was decided to have the APV deed a park parcel owned by the APV but only accessable through the privately owned Lake Marion Golf Resort to Polk County for eventual development as a public park.
Located on beautiful Lake Marion in Poinciana Village 7 the parks will offer to the public nature watching, access to the lake and picnic opportunities.
