APV 2011 Budget includes new street lights to be added along Marigold from Peabody South to Poinciana Parkway down to Bayberry.
Additional cost item for engineering and pole placement one time of $140,000
APV is unique in the most Florida HOA communities do NOT provide street lighting as part of their HOA services (Solivita for example charges seperate county taxes for street lighting). This budget item for APV represents almost $700,000 of APV budget (approx 10%) .
