Poinciana Polk Road Paving Plans

Polk County has recently announced their next planned pahse of road maintenance upgrades for Poinciana.

Polk County maintains over 137 miles of roadway within Poinciana. Over the past three years almost 1/3 of those roads have been resurfaced (42 miles).

The next phase of planned repaving will include the following streets;

Snook Place
Snook Way
Shad Lane
Shad Way
Puffer Court
Anchovie Court
Salmon Way
Salmon Court
Pompano Drive
Pompano Way
Pilchard Court
Pilchard Drive

Sidewalks are also a major concern for Poinciana.

Sidewalk projects done in partnership with the APV include sidewalks near the Lake Marion Creek School and recently along Gazelle in Village 3.
