This will be an entirely new part for the project. It will consist of a bridge crossing approx 2 miles of Reedy Creek Wetlands connecting Marigold Ave and Kinney Harmon Road
This part of the project as it exists today will be privately funded
Avatar, the Poinciana Developer has already spend $40+M obtaining the rights and design work for the project
This project is 'Shovel Ready' meaning that work could be started immediately after funding is approved. It is estimated that the work could be completed within two years of project start.
